Tartlet, close cousin to a pie, is a free-standing sweet with a sturdy bottom crust, shallow sides to the pan, and no top crust. Sweetopia® goes “all in” for these simple yet absolutely exquisite little sweets with her latest all natural gluten-free & nut-free artisan tartlet creations. Each tartlet begins with Sweetopia®’s shortbread cookie crust with a variety of the main event “filling”. Shown is Sweetopia®’s Precocious Pear & Organic Tartlet w/Spice Crumble, and Precious Peach & Blueberry Tartlet w/Spice Crumble. Other tartlet varieties include Outstandingly Orange Crème Brulee, Radically Rustic Apple, Passionate Pumpkin, and Bashful Banana & White Chocolate Mousse, Mischievous Mango Cream Mousse, Persnickety Pumpkin Chiffon Mousse, Affable Apple & Cranberry. Tartlet is a ~ 4" single serving size. Tarts, the mother size of the small tartlet is a 10" size that will yield approx. 12-14 slices.
