Her all natural gluten-free, nut-free, preservative-free and dye-free pizza begins with a savory herb & cheese scone pizza crust that is like no other and not your typical yeast pizza crust that is often blah and a handle for what goes on top. Nope... it begins with a thin, buttery biscuit/scone style crisp crust with an added infusion of herbs (oregano, thyme, chives) and cheddar cheese and now is no longer in the background but becomes an integral component of the overall pizza and taste experience. Made with good old-fashioned ingredients like lots of butter, egg, cream, sea salt, wee bit of sugar (savory scones are not meant to be too sweet) and finally, a dollop of sour cream. In the sample shown is a white pizza (garlic alfredo sauce) with fresh veggies and an array of hand tossed and blended gourmet cheeses (asiago, gouda and mozzarella).
