Is Sweetopia® a Retail Store:

In a word, no. Sweetopia's® business was set up to be different and not the typical walk-in, make your sweets' selections from-a-glass case. It is more pre-order either by website or phone in order; so, think of Sweetopia® as a custom baker.  While the Gluten-Free market is a growing industry, not every gluten-free product out on the market is good, truth be told. Sweetopia® is 100% dedicated to creating and hand-producing gluten-free & nut-free artisan sweets that are made in a dedicated GF, nut-free facility and are totally natural with no dyes, preservatives, or artificial anything. Selecting and using top shelf "quality" ingredients throughout the recipes are key to consistently producing excellent results and freshness. My passion and daily goal is to create, produce and be a master at this. And in order to do that one needs to concentrate their entire efforts and thoughts on it; not dabble in it like many others that give gluten free a bad name because the end product is mediocre at best; dry, crumbly, tasteless and poor quality. It's expensive to do if you want to do it right and that I am convicted to do day after day with no exceptions!  Moreover, absolutely NO cross-contamination in my shop! Oh how critical this is and often overlooked by those who don’t understand the health impact. To maintain optimum freshness your sweet is made, cooled, packaged and then placed in the refrigerator or in the freezer until product pick-up date/time.   

Refund Policy

Sweetopia™ believes the degree of satisfaction lies in the quality of the product and its overall value to the consumer. Sweetopia’s™ fundamental operating principle and cornerstone is that in all things that we do, each day is to be a masterpiece and an autograph of one’s work that radiates excellence in both the quality and taste in each product throughout every stage of the work, from beginning to finish and where the happy and satisfied consumer keeps coming back to Sweetopia for more!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, immediately notify us of your concern within 24 hours of receipt of that purchase. Sweetopia™ will give you a refund to be credited against the form of your payment used at the time of purchase or we will be happy to give you a credit for the purchased amount to be used toward a future purchase.  
While mishaps in transit are not all that frequent, should there be a mishap of your purchased product that occurs in transit, Sweetopia™ cannot assume responsibility for that mishap and as such, issue you a refund. You will need to discuss that transit mishap with the overnight shipper used to ship your product. What you can be sure of is that your product at the time it is taken to the overnight shipper for shipment, will have been carefully and securely packaged in the shipping box and well protected in an encased thermal wrap and other packing materials to minimize product movement as well as external “cautionary handling” instructions on the box.

Sweetopia™ respects the privacy of her customers and other visitors to our website who may in the course of doing business choose to provide personal information. The need for appropriate protections and management of personal information that you provide to Sweetopia is paramount. Our Privacy Statement below will assist you in understanding what types of information we may collect and how that information may be used. 
Sweetopia™ LLC operates http://www.sweetopia.biz (the “Site”) and in the course of doing business may require the collection, use and disclosure of personal information we receive from users of the Site and customers of Sweetopia’s™ product portfolio. Sweetopia’s™ use of your personal information will be used only to contact or identify you regarding your purchase transaction with Sweetopia™. Personally identifiable information may include, but not limited to your full name, primary home and shipping address within the United States, cell or home telephone number, and payment method with details (“Personal Information”). By using our Site you agree to the collection and use of the information in accordance with this Policy. Sweetopia™ may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and those changes will be listed on our Site. If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us.

Where and When Does Sweetopia™ Ship?

Sweetopia™ ships within the New England states and mid Atlantic states and does not ship during the summer months; where the outside temperatures at the shipping and receiving locations are above 70 degrees fahrenheit. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. Sweetopia cannot be held responsible for any delay of your Sweetopia sweet arriving to you caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping address given to us.

Due to the perishable nature of our Sweetopia™ sweets they will be shipped within a maximum of 2-day delivery timeframe (in winter months and 1 day delivery timeframe in spring and fall months) and will typically be shipped out Monday through Friday. There may be times during major holidays when Sweetopia™ may exercise discretion and ship your product out over a weekend such as during major holidays.

Please note that if using UPS as the designated shipper, a signature may not be required for delivery. It is highly recommended that someone be available to accept the shipment, especially if the shipping location is in an apartment complex or office building.

Delivery Timeframe & Shipping Charges

Sweetopia’s™ all natural, gluten-free, from scratch sweets are baked and shipped fresh from the oven to you the consumer and arriving to your home’s door in a fresh state! Your Sweetopia™ sweet will arrive with generic product safekeeping instructions. Cheesecakes and Frozen Cookie Dough will be shipped on dry ice when the shipment area is 2-day delivery timeframe and may increase the cost of your shipping.

Shipping charges are based on total shipping weight and destination zip code. Sweetopia™ reserves the right to change shippers that will bring to you the consumer a better shipping price and does not compromise delivery time or integrity of product delivery.
