Sweetopia® has excitedly ventured into the vegan arena and is now offering a growing product line of her all natural, GF, nut-free, preservative-free & dye-free artisan sweets in VEGAN and non-sweets VEGAN options. This step into what previously was for me an obscure and unthought-field of interest until customers and friends asked if I also made any sweets that were vegan. Of course, that got the creative wheels turning and lit that innate curiosity gene in me to “go to town” and see if I could successfully produce artisan vegan sweet creations that would be of the same top-notch quality, great taste, excellent texture, and anything but ordinary imagination as all of my non-vegan sweet creations. I can assure you that each tweaked or new vegan recipe MUST pass the same muster on the taste, texture and quality front. The customer results keep coming in that overwhelmingly supports “I’ve done it and well, indeed!” No tasteless, pasty cardboard-like result that many a vegan sweets product out there in the marketplace (and they’re not even gluten-free!).
