Whoosie®

What is a Whoosie? It’s Sweetopia®’s culinary rendition of two of her all natural GF cookies joined together only to be separated by a generous portion of heavenly all natural frosting. The idea came to me that ginger and orange go together like a horse and carriage or in the food vernacular (grill cheese and tomato soup). The first of my Whoosies is my Jumpin Gimminy Gingersnap Whoosie. It all begins with my semi-soft all natural GF cookie that contains bits of crystallized ginger, fresh orange zest and juice, a light portion of ground ginger, pure cane syrup and then rolled in sugar crystals. The finished product is delicate in texture and flavor with just the right mix of ginger and hints of orange that come through. One bite of these stunners will have you coming back for more.
