What is Ketosis anyway and what does it have to do with food and what we eat (nutrition), and what many, if not all of us like, “sweets”? Research indicates that a ketogenic diet is a low carb/high fat diet taking its name from ketones that the body produces in the liver and used as energy.

The human body is amazingly adaptive to the food we put into it. Ketosis or Nutritional Ketosis is a type of eating that trains your body to burn fat in place of sugar (carbohydrates). In addition to her exclusive bakery of all natural GF, Nut-Free, Preservative-Free & Dye-Free sweets she will be tweaking some of her recipes to be made low-carb and sugar-free, and introducing some new recipes on this front, as well. I can assure you that each tweaked or new recipe MUST pass the same muster on the taste, texture and quality front. Never anything artificial!

Consumers will soon be able to enjoy a keto-friendly Sweetopia® sweet that will be created and produced to the same core and unwavering high standards. Each approved Sweetopia® Keto-Friendly sweet that is listed on my e‑store will be clearly notated as “Keto-Friendly” and the Nutritional Information for each Keto-Friendly sweet posted on the Nutritional Information page.

Check out my line of Keto-Friendly mousses (fresh fruit-based ones and a chocolate mousse) , and even a crème brulee. Don't be surprised if you also see some Tahini Chocolate bombs made with roasted and ground sesame seeds and dark chocolate.
