Specialties
I've titled this section as "Specialties"; those sweets that can be anything from pastry style to flans. The first two off of my hand produced artisan assembly line have Italian roots; my St. Joseph's Pastry (shown above) and made with a very light puff pastry style base that is filled with a heavenly creamy vanilla custard and topped with a the dollop of my morello cherry compote. This can also be made dairy-free. Next, is a Panna Cotta, a ever-so-light creamy custard vanilla flan (round in shape) that is served with a triple berry coulis. So if you want to kick your desserts at your next dinner party or gathering, either one of these are a great option. Not super filling after a meal but just the perfect finish!
