This Italian based sweet is made to the same standards as all of my sweets (always gluten-free, nut-free, preservative-free & dye-free) is flan style in nature and shaped round. The Panna Cotta ("cooked cream") is unpretentious, simple, yet elegant when you put it all together with a triple berry coulis on the side. Made with only a few ingredients (heavy cream, vanilla, pinch of sea salt, milk) the end result is understated elegance.
