Dreamy Chocolate Crème Brûlée (Keto Friendly)

This Sweetopia® gluten-free, nut-free, preservative-free, dye-free AND Keto-Friendly sweets creation is made similarly to my vanilla creme brulee but made without refined sugar. The main event baked in a steam bath and made with Lily's dark chocolate, hint of pure vanilla, and nicely sweetened with one or more of the natural sugar replacements: Swerve® all natural sweetener (erythritol and other natural flavors made from select fruits and starchy root vegetables) Monkfruit, and Allulose, all of which replace the standard called-for recipe using refined sugar. The end result is rich and smooth chocolate custard with slight understated sweetness. I find the crème de la crème finish is a generous topping of freshly made keto-friendly whipped cream.
