Sweetopia® has yet once again kicked it up a notch and dipped her fingers in the world and art of pizza and taken it to a whole new level that’s out of this world yummy! Her all natural gluten-free, nut-free, preservative-free and dye-free pizza begins with a yeast-based pizza dough that is topped with either a red based or white based sauce, all homemade, of course and to the same baseline standards that every creation is made to: gluten-free, nut-free, preservative-free and dye-free. savory veggie pizza. The white base sauce is my homemade alfredo sauce - yum and double yum! The red sauce is my homemade margherita sauce. Then topped with generous topping of fresh veggies veggies (sweet peppers; red, orange and green); thin slivers of red onion, lightly steamed fresh brocolli florets). And lastly, finished with an array of hand tossed and blended gourmet cheeses (asiago, gouda and mozzarella and light pinches of fresh basil. The Margherita style pizza is topped with slices of mozzarella cheese, sliced thin Roma tomatoes, spritz of light olive oil and a finishing touch of fresh basil. In the sample shown is a white pizza (garlic alfredo sauce) with fresh veggies and an array of hand tossed blend and grating of gourmet cheeses (asiago, gouda and mozzarella). This is truly a gourmet experience and not typical of any pizza out there - glutened or non-glutened - a work of culinary passion and art that will transform your tastebuds and how you think about pizza. All Sweetopia® artisan pizzas come with heating instructions and ready to enjoy or pop in the freezer for later use. Pizzas are made fresh to order so please allow 4 to 5 business days for your order to be made. Pizzas are sold as one standard 12" round size and comes on a reusable aluminum pizza pan.
