The main event begins with all natural pumpkin puree, cream fresh orange zest and a skosh of sweet cinnamon and delicate nutmeg. Good old fashioned basic ingredients kicked up a wee notch with the fresh orange zest that is wonderful match with pumpkin and the crunchy vanilla shortbread crust.
