Her all natural, GF & Nut-Free artisan tartlet creation ‘Affable Apple and Cranberry tart w/Spice Crumble" begins with my wonderful twice-baked vanilla shortbread cookie crust that houses the main event of fresh apple bits and Maine organic cranberries that are lightly bathed in a sweetened vanilla syrup with orange juice & zest, and perfectly topped off with a light spice crumble with a hint of cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice. It’s a perfect balance of sweet and tart and basic ingredients when combined become anything but ordinary! It's an "affable" ending to any brunch, lunch or dinner menu selection. Try one fork full of this one and I promise….you will come back for another fork full and then some! Sold in 10" size.
