Vividly Vanilla Butter Cake - VEGAN

This Luscious, moist and medium textured all natural GF, nut-free and now available in VEGAN vanilla butter cake that is rich in pure vanilla flavor throughout. Cake contains no eggs but and no dairy products. Dairy has been substituted with organic unsweet coconut milk, organic butter substitute that is made with a vegetable oil blend (canola, Soybean, Flax olive oil, sunflower lecithin). Buttercream frosting is made with the organic butter substitute and a wee touch of organic coconut milk. Cake shown was done as a birthday cake with both the cake and icing that is vegan. Frosting colors are plant based - never with any dyes or artificial colors. For a 6" Double Layer Cake approximate servings is 6-8 servings . For an 8" double layer cake - approx. servings is 9-12 servings. A 9 " Double Layer Cake approximate servings is 16-20.
