This Luscious, moist and medium textured all natural GF, nut-free and now available in DAIRY-FREE vanilla butter cake is rich in pure vanilla flavor throughout. Cake contains eggs but no dairy products. Dairy has been substituted with organic unsweet coconut milk, organic butter substitute that is made with a vegetable oil blend (canola, Soybean, Flax olive oil, sunflower lecithin). Buttercream frosting is made with the organic butter substitute. Cake shown was done as a birthday cake with both the cake and icing that is dairy-free. Frosting colors are plant based - never with any dyes or artificial colors. Cake layers have an optional fresh strawberry reduction slathered between and than a nice layer of buttercream frosting over the strawberry reduction. For a 6" Double Layer Cake approximate servings is 6-8 servings . For a 9 " Double Layer Cake approximate servings is 16-20.
