Persnickety Pear & Blueberry Tartlet (VEGAN)

Sweetopia® has taken several of her sweets and made them also available in Vegan. Just as with all of her products that are all natural, gluten-free, nut-free, preservative-free, dye-free they are now made dairy and egg-free. This 4" fresh pear and blueberry spiced crumble tartlet (mini pie) is made with a vanilla shortbread cookie crust and filled with fresh tidbits of anjou pears that are bathed in my fresh gently spiced pear compote, a spritz of fresh orange zest, a splash of freshly squeezed orange juice and accompanied by a generous helping of fresh blueberries. And, finished off with a spiced crumble made of ground GF oats, brown sugar, organic all natural nut-free butter replacement, a spritzing of light spices of nutmeg, cinnamon and clove. Made to the same standard of excellence and with the same top-shelf quality ingredients just plant-based substitutions where dairy or egg would have been required in the recipe and yes, mirror the same excellent taste and texture qualities.
