Perky Pumpkin & Currant Cake

This all natural, GF & nut-free pumpkin-based cake is moist and rich in texture with hints of Saigon sweet cinnamon, a light sprinkle of clove and generous portion of dried black Corinth grapes "currants" polka-dotted throughout, and typically topped off with my natural maple drizzle. Or if you prefer, choose one of my other complimenting natural drizzles or frostings. It's a wonderful fall-time cake but also great throughout the rest of the year. 6" cake yields approx. 6-8 servings. 9" cake yields approx. 12-16 servings. Not typically stocked so allow 4-5 business days from time of order.
