Made with the same basic ingredients as my standard Over the Moon Cookies and equally as excellent! BUT.... now available in VEGAN with totally plant-based egg and dairy replacements. What do you have when you combine GF oats, a generous splashing of plump sulfite-free dried cranberries, Enjoy Life® white chocolate morsels, a hint of fresh vanilla essence and a final bathing in sugar crystals....an over the moon cookie experience that I bet you a cookie you can't tell they are GF, Dairy-Free and Egg-Free! This same semi-soft textured style cookie is delicately balanced with just the right amount of tart and sweet and oh so great anytime - for breakfast (yes, in our home - cookies rule!), a quick pick-me-up when you're on the go or just want to enjoy a cookie (or two) and conversation with a friend.
