Outrageously Good Oatmeal Raisin Cookies - VEGAN

This all natural, GF & nut-free, semi-soft and chewy textured VEGAN cookie is made the same way my traditional style oatmeal raisin cookies are made; with a good portion of plump raisins (and at times the addition of currants - the cousin of the raisin; dried black corinth grapes and wee ones of the grape group), gluten-free old fashioned rolled oats and essence of vanilla, and now with the egg and dairy (butter) changed to plant-based (still no soy or nuts in either of these plant-based replacements). Put it all together and you still have just the right level of texture and sweetness. It's a perfect pick-me-up cookie anytime but especially when you're feeling you just "didn't come out quite even" after a meal and want a little something extra but not too heavy. Cookies are sold in one (1) Baker dozen lot. Not always stocked so allow 4-5 business days from time of order.
