This moist and light all natural, GF & nut-free sweet bread is rich with fresh lemon zest and juice, vanilla essence, poppy seeds and fittingly finished with a generous drenching of sweet lemon syrup. Great to serve at breakfast, tea or coffee time, brunch and yes, even for dessert. Try a slice with some fresh raspberry coulis drizzled over it and a scoop of fresh vanilla ice cream on the side.
