This delicate all natural, GF & nut-free ginger based cookie is soft in texture and richly infused with bits of crystallized ginger, hints of fresh orange zest splashed throughout and the finished product before it's portioned and placed in the oven to bake, rolled in a bath of sugar crystals. This genteel cookie is anything but the hard-as-my-head gingersnap cookies that we see in the marketplace at Halloween time. It's the best gingersnap cookie without the teeth-breaking hard snap.
