Delightful Pear & White Chocolate Cake

This moist and medium-dense GF all natural cake is rich with fresh pear slivers polka-dotted throughout, generous portion of white chocolate drops, vanilla essence and topped off with a white chocolate drizzle (as shown). Another concoction of mine and ranks up there on the top 3 of my favorites. Or if you prefer a different topping, choose one of my other complimenting all natural drizzles or frostings. 6" cake yields approx. 8 servings. 9" cake yields approx. 12 to 16 servings.
