This lusciously light and moist all natural, corn bread is totally gluten-free, nut-free, preservative-free and dye-free. Made with stone ground cornmeal, a mixture of rice flours and a tad of honey that when brought together balances just the right hint of sweetness. Great made into a wonderful stuffing along side your turkey or ham; served with stew, chili, soup or better yet, a slice at breakfast, tea or coffee time, brunch with a dollop of jam, slather of butter. I prefer to gently warm the slice in the microwave on 20% power for 10 seconds. It brings all the flavors to life! Give it a try and you'll be glad you did. Not typically stocked so allow 3 or 4 business days from time of order. Yields approx. 5 slices. Sold in ~6" loaf.
