A light textured GF & nut-free, all natural carrot cake with ever-so-slight overtones of Saigon sweet cinnamon, fresh carrot flecks speckled throughout, pineapple tidbits, and dessicated (unsweetened) coconut flecks and currants polka-dotted throughout. The finishing touch is a Neufchatel cream cheese frosting (the lighter and creamier cousin of cream cheese). Not a fancier of cream cheese? I offer a butter cream frosting. Just select your frosting preference. 6" cake will yield approx. 6-8 slices. 9" cake will yield approx. 12-14 slices. Not typically stocked so allow 4-5 business days from time of order.
