This all natural, gluten-free & nut-free sweet is a favorite of my creations. It's a wonderfully light in texture but rich in taste cake that is full of pear tidbits and finished off with a brown sugar glacé. Marry the end product up with an optional white chocolate caramel and cocoa drizzles and it's one blissful fork full of pleasantry that keeps you reaching for another fork full! 6" cake yields approx. 6-8 servings. 9" cake yields approx. 12-16 servings. Not typically stocked so allow 4-5 business days from time of order.
