Best in Class Chocolate Cupcakes (VEGAN)

These light textured and moist GF & nut-free cupcakes are rich with all natural cocoa batter and overtones of real vanilla and are now made vegan (dairy-free and egg-free) with plant-based egg substitutes and organic unsweet coconut milk or oat milk. The final finish is one of my vegan frosting options. Standard frosting option is vanilla or chocolate buttercream frosting. Other vegan frostings (slight upgrade) include white chocolate buttercream frosting, browned butter frosting, lemon frosting or coconut frosting. All frostings made with organic Earth Balance butter and a splash of organic unsweet coconut milk. Never Anything Artificial! Servings: 1/2 dozen (6) full size cupcakes.
