This all natural GF & nut-free cake is now available in dairy-free and just as lusciously moist and rich in texture with subtle notes of all natural cocoa throughout. The cake and icing are made with plant-based dairy replacements (Earth Balance Organic Butter and unsweet organic coconut milk). 6" cake yields approx. 6-8 servings. 9" cake yields approx. 12-16 servings. 10" cake yields approx. 15-18 servings. Standard cake is 2 layer with frosting in between layers. Cake shown is with optional seedless black raspberry coulis in between cake layer and frosted with whipped vanilla buttercream frosting (DF) and dotted with black raspberry coulis. Cakes are not typically stocked so allow 4-5 business days from time of order with extra time during major holidays.
