Bashful Banana & Cinnamon Swirl Muffins (DAIRY-FREE)

These lusciously moist and light all natural, GF & nut-free muffins are made dairy-free with the same rich ingredients of fresh ripe bananas puree, vanilla essence as my original Banana Cinnamon Swirl Muffins except these contain soy-free, plant based butter as the replacement of animal-based butter. Truly, you can not tell the difference; still the same moist delicious end result. Whether you have a dairy allergy or preference to limit your dairy intake, these dairy-free versions are equally as great to serve at breakfast, tea or coffee time, brunch and yes, even for dessert.
